Ingredients:
• 1 cups water
• 2 potatoes, cubed
• 1/2 little yellow onion, slashed
1 cup low-fat cheddar, destroyed
• 4 eggs, whisked
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• A spot of dark pepper
STEPS:
• In a heatproof bowl, join the eggs with the potatoes, onion, cheddar, milk and dark pepper,
• Whisk well & spread the bowl with tin foil.
• Add the water to your mini-instant pot, include steamer container,
• Place the bowl inside, spread & cook on High for 25 minutes.
• Divide the eggs blend among plates and serve for breakfast.
