Ingredients:
• 4 eggs, whisked
• A pinch of black pepper
• 3/4 cup coconut cream
• 4 ounces low-sodium bacon, chopped
• 1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped
• three spring onions, chopped
• 1.5 cup low-fats cheese, shredded
• 1 ½ cups water
• Cooking spray
STEPS:
• In a bowl, blend the eggs with black pepper, cream, bacon, bell peppers, onions and cheese & whisk well.
• Grease a pan that suits your mini-immediately pot with cooking spray & pour the omelet mix inside.
• Add the water to your mini-instant pot, upload steamer basket,
• upload the pan with the omelet blend, cowl & cook dinner on High for 30 mins.
• Slice the omelet, divide it among plates and serve for breakfast.
