Ingredients:
• 2 eggs, whisked
half pink onion, chopped
• half of pound hen sausage, chopped
• half of pink bell pepper, chopped
• 2 oz. canned black beans, no-salt-added, tired & rinsed
• 1/4 cup inexperienced onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup complete wheat flour
• 1/4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
STEPS:
• Set your mini- instant pot on sauté mode,
• upload onion and sausage, stir and brown for 4-five minutes.
• Add eggs & flour, purple bell pepper, beans & inexperienced onions & stir.
• Sprinkle the mozzarella throughout, cowl the mini-instant pot and prepare dinner on High for 10 minutes. five. Divide the mix among plates & serve for breakfast.
