Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 2 slices low-fats cheddar
• 2 spring onions, chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
• 1 cup water
STEPS:
• Grease four ramekins with the oil, sprinkle green onions in every,
• Crack an egg in each ramekins & top with cilantro & cheddar cheese.
• Add the water to your mini-instant pot, upload steamer basket, add the ramekins inside, cover and cook dinner on Low for four minutes.
