Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup water
• Cooking spray
• three eggs
• 1 cups hash brown
• 3/4 cup almond milk
• 3/4 cup fats-unfastened cheddar cheese, shredded
• half of small yellow onion, chopped
• A pinch of black pepper
• 2/3 green bell pepper, chopped
• 2/3 purple bell pepper, chopped
STEPS:
• Grease a pan that fits your mini-instant pot with cooking spray, add hash browns, onion, black pepper, pink bell pepper & inexperienced bell pepper & toss.
• In a bowl, mix the eggs with cheese & milk and whisk well.
• Pour this into the pan toss gently.
• Add the water on your mini-immediately pot, upload steamer basket, add the pan inside, cowl & cook on High for 20 minutes.
• Divide the mix among plates and serve
