Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons almond milk
A pinch of black pepper
• 6 eggs, whisked
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 1 tablespoon low-fat cheese, shredded
• Cooking spray • 1 cup water
STEPS:
• In a bowl, blend the eggs with the almond milk, black pepper, parsley & cheese and whisk well.
• Grease a pan that suits your instant pot with cooking spray and pour the eggs mix into the pan.
• Add the water on your mini-instant pot, upload the steamer basket, upload the pan inside, cover and prepare dinner on High for 5 mins.
• Divide the frittata between plates and serve.
